Combining her professional interests with a personal goal to challenge herself, Rachel Jacobson describes participating in the upcoming California Climate Ride as a “swirl of opportunity.” One year ago, she explains that riding in Climate Ride wasn’t even on her radar. Now a year later, she has not only registered to ride, but has also found herself as the natural fit for captain of the Bike East Bay team.

Matthias, Katia and Magary all met on Climate Ride NYC to DC back in 2012. This trio has become close friends, cycling together and participating in Community Development International’s Miles of Trees program ever since. This year, they will all join us again on Climate Ride’s Red White and Blue Ridge ride in support of Miles of Trees.
