A great way to multiply the impact of your support is to see if your company matches gifts. As long as the matching gift comes in by the end of year fundraising deadline, it counts toward your participant’s goal. Matching donations are often processed quarterly by companies, so if you want to take advantage of matching donations to help your participant hit their fundraising minimum, be sure to start early!

The process is pretty simple: First, make a donation to a participant or to the Climate Ride Annual Fund. Then, you can search for your company above or contact your company’s HR department to begin the matching process. Be sure to note how often the company sends out matches – some only do it annually, while others do it quarterly. Once the match arrives in the Climate Ride office, we’ll post it right to the fundraising page of your participant. It always help to include your name and the participant’s name in your matching documents!
