Thank you for your interest in becoming a Climate Ride beneficiary. Beneficiary applications are processed on a rolling basis, but may be delayed during the two weeks prior an event through the week after. Please email if you have questions. 

Here is a copy of the Beneficiary FAQ, please download it and keep it handy. We hope that this will help to answer many of your questions and make it easier for you to initiate or renew your beneficiary status.

The application and agreement are intended to be quick to complete. We expect the organization to complete their application and provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

1) Fill out this online application.

Be sure to send us your jpeg logos. Please read the Beneficiary FAQ and then complete this form so that we have your agreement on file.

Once you have completed these two forms, we can list your organization as a beneficiary for all our events (with the exception of Funders Trips – the international trips we take to places like Bhutan and Patagonia). Then anyone can select your organization during registration.

We’ll send you a link to outreach materials so that you can let your supporters know they can participate in any Climate Ride event to support you.
