Bailey is the head of Community at OpenAI and co-author of Get Together, a handbook on how to build communities today, which was published by Stripe Press. Previously, Bailey grew the early community around Instagram, where she was one of the first 10 employees. She has also worked at Substack, IDEO, StoryCorps, Pop-Up Magazine and The California Sunday Magazine and co-founded People & Company.
