The San Diego County Bicycle Coalition advocates for and protects the rights of all people who ride bicycles. We promote cycling as a mainstream, safe, and enjoyable form of transportation and recreation. Since 1987, we have acted as a voice for bicyclists in the region, advocating for safer streets and hundreds of miles of bike paths, lanes, and trails. We lead education programs, raise awareness of cycling and transportation issues, review infrastructure plans, and represent bicyclists to elected officials and decision makers across San Diego County, Fallbrook to San Ysidro. Every year, we educate over 20,000 individuals on bike and e-bike safety, and our reach just keeps growing! The demand to reduce traffic violence on our streets and make San Diego a better place to ride is clear, and we need your support to expand this work.
