Families for a Livable Climate creates community for climate action in Montana, empowering families to advocate for a livable future. FLC hosts community events and educational opportunities, including Decarbonize Your Money, which has resulted in the divestment of $1.5 Million from fossil fuels. FLC advocates for clean and affordable energy, co-leads the Montana Climate Stories project, publishes “The Changing Times,” and helps Montanans build their climate communications skills across differences to create support for bold climate action. FLC recently became a #beyondplastics affiliate organization and looks forward to joining the effort to tackle plastics in Montana.
