If you have pedaled in a Climate Ride or supported a rider, you know that Climate Ride is a life-changing experience that inspires riders to deepen their commitment to sustainability, bicycle advocacy, renewable energy, and solving the challenges that arise from climate change.

After 5 years and more than $1 million granted to beneficiaries, now we're shifting to a higher gear. In 2012, we introduced the Founders Circle and Growth Campaign, with the goal of bringing the Climate Ride experience to even more people in the coming years. Please read on about the Founders Circle, the donor levels, and then JOIN US!

Thank you for helping us to acheive the $10,000 Matching Grant in 2012: Multiple donors have already stepped forward including two-time rider Catherine Bock, who generously offered to jumpstart our Growth Campaign with a $10,000 matching grant.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 in 2013. Please join us today!

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS CIRCLE AND GROWTH CAMPAIGN

Since 2008, Climate Ride has grown from a bright idea to a successful nonprofit with two major annual events that benefit nearly 50 green organizations.

  • In 5 years, Climate Ride has generated more than $1 million for sustainability and bike advocacy.
  • In 2012, Climate Ride increased its grants by a whopping 41 percent.
  • Riders have pedaled more than 264,640 miles for the cause.
  • We did this with a staff of 3 and the grassroots support of thousands of riders & donors.

Now we need you to help us take it to the next level.

By joining the Founders Circle and Growth Campaign, you will help us grow the current rides and launch new events. This will bring the experience of Climate Ride to new parts of the United States and the world, raising even more awareness and more critical funds for our great beneficiary organizations.
