SolarFest has been uniquely supporting “energy education through the arts” for over 20 years as the Northeast’s premier energy and music festival. Promoting renewable energy, and supporting the creation of sustainable communities, our mission statement is both simple and vital: SolarFest connects people, the arts, ideas and technology, fostering partnerships to create a vibrant present and a sustainable future.

SolarFest blends art, education, and community, including workshops, speakers, music, theater, and family activities. Attendees and volunteers come from 25 states and Canada, but primarily from Vermont, New York and Massachusetts.
Funds from Climate Ride will go towards expanding our clean-transportation education and outreach efforts at our July festival and throughout the year.
